The goal of this day was to share a collective experience by taking off stress and waking up sleepy energies. During this retreat day people had the possibility to recharge the batteries choosing between several opportunities of activities.

A balanced mix of group and individual activities as Yoga, Shindo, Reiki, Tai Chi, Shatzu and show cooking to find their own moment of rest.
